Tiffany M. Meites, PhD, is a rehabilitation psychologist in the Inpatient Neuro-Rehabilitation Unit at Barrow Neurological Institute. She is board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in the specialty of rehabilitation psychology.

Dr. Meites’ expertise includes adjustment to disability and recovery from injury, particularly with people in the acute phase of their rehabilitation. She is a member of Rehabilitation Psychology, Division 22, of the American Psychological Association.

Dr. Meites received her doctorate from the University of Kansas in Lawrence in clinical psychology. She completed her internship at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Consortium Oklahoma City and completed her fellowship at VA Puget Sound Health Care System in Seattle.

Dr. Meites’ research interests include identification of factors that may contribute to increased vulnerability to developing depression, with an emphasis on cognitive biases.
